Our aim is to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 days of ordering. In most cases, your items will be dispatched the following day.

Royal Mail 1-2 Business Days

Once your item has been dispatched, delivery through the Royal Mail postal service will take 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail 2-3 Business Days

Once your item has been dispatched, delivery through the Royal Mail postal service will take 2-3 working days.

We offer free shipping on orders with a product value of over £40. This excludes Electric Burners and Sale Items.

Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with our monthly box shipping discount.

We take care when packaging your items so they arrive undamaged. If the contents of your parcel are damaged please contact us within 72 hours so we can arrange to make a claim for damages and arrange a replacement.

Please keep the parcel including all contents and the filling as it may need to be returned to us to complete a claim. If the items and packaging are disposed of prior to the conclusion of the claim we will be unable to refund or replace your damaged items.

Your returned item remains your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend you use a suitable form of postage ensuring you are protected if your parcel becomes lost or damaged in transit to us.
