If you ordered from us and are considering returning an item, here are a few things you may want to know.

We offer returns or exchanges within sixteen days of purchase. You can return your product for an online credit or a refund to the original payment method used to complete your transaction with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If sixteen days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in the original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Returning an item

You are responsible for the cost of returning items, however we will refund all reasonable shipping costs for faulty or damaged items being returned.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete our online returns form
  2. Package your item and include your original order reference number inside

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned to us more than 16 days after delivery

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

Your returned item remains your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend you use a suitable form of  postage ensuring you are protected if your parcel becomes lost or damaged in transit to us.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product using the reference number and address indicated in your returns email we will send you. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Your returned item remains your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend you use a suitable form of  postage ensuring you are protected if your parcel gets lost or damaged in transit to us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for the payment to be refunded once you receive our refund notification email. This is dependent on your credit or debit card provider.
